Step 1: Whisk eggs in a small bowl until frothy.
Step 2: Add milk, sugar and cinnamon. Whisk well.
Transfer to a shallow dish. (Can be made ahead and refrigerated, covered airtight, for as long as 3 days.)
Step 3: To cook, open English Muffins; place in milk mixture, cut-side down, for about 4 minutes. Turn and soak 1 minute more.
Step 4: Heat greased nonstick skillet over medium heat. When hot, cook English Muffins, cut-side down, until browned (about 3 minutes). Flip the English Muffin and brown the other side (about 3 minutes).
Can be kept warm in 200°F oven while cooking remaining English Muffins.
Step 5: Serve hot with fruit or favourite toppings.
