INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Oakrun Farm Bakery English Muffin, halved and toasted
  • 1 medium avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 8 small basil leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Divide sliced avocado on the English Muffin halves and top with the mozzarella cheese. Place in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is warm and melted.

Step 3: Remove from the oven and top with the basil leaves, drizzle over the olive oil and sprinkle on the black pepper to your liking. Enjoy!
