4 Oakrun Farm Bakery waffles
1 cup of Ricotta cheese
6 shaved slices of prosciutto
20 cherry tomatoes (halved)
Fresh oregano leaves
Sea salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Step 1: Toast waffles and top each with a scoop of ricotta, about 10 cherry tomato halves, torn prosciutto pieces and some fresh oregano leaves. Step 2: Season with sea salt and pepper.
