  • 4 Oakrun Farm Bakery waffles
  • 1 cup of shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 pound of shaved honey-baked ham
  • Raspberry jam
  • 1/4 pound of shaved turkey (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter


Step 1: Cover two waffles with half the shredded cheese and a handful of ham (and/or optional turkey). Slather each waffle with raspberry jam, add the remaining cheese. Add the remaining two waffles to make a sandwich.
Step 2: Begin by melting 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 3: Whisk the eggs and milk together in a shallow bowl.
Step 4: Dredge one sandwich in the egg batter then place it in the frying pan. Top the frying pan with a cover and cook until the sandwich is browned. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
Step 5: Repeat the process with the additional butter and other sandwich. Serve immediately.
