Step 1: In a large bowl, use a hand mixer on medium to cream together the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth and there are no clumps.
Step 2: Fold in the sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract and salt.
Step 3: Fold in the mixed berries, slightly crushing them down to release their juices.
Step 4: Fold in the 1/4 cup of graham crumbs.
Step 5: Slice each waffle into rectangles, about an inch thick each.
Step 6: Add the dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle with the remaining 1 tbsp of graham crumbs, and arrange the sliced waffles around. Enjoy!
