Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until crisp, around 10-12 minutes. Dab and drain on paper towels and set aside to cool.
Step 2: In a large bowl, use a hand mixer on medium to cream together the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth and there are no clumps.
Step 3: Fold in the greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.
Step 4: Chop the bacon into small pieces. Fold in most of the bacon, but reserve some (around 2 tablespoons) for garnish.
Step 5: Slice each waffle into rectangles, about an inch thick each.
Step 6: Add the dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle with reserved bacon pieces and arrange the sliced waffles around. Enjoy!
